Order Cancellation Policy
The consumer has the right to cancel his order without justification if he submits the relevant cancellation request in the period between the submission of the order and before the order is shipped from our company’s warehouse to the customer. The cancellation request must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible after placing the order.
In case of a timely submission of a request to cancel the order before the products are shipped, our company will not ship the products, will cancel the order and will refund the customer the full amount of money including the shipping costs.
Refund and product return policy
The consumer has the right to withdraw without reason within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product in accordance with Law 2551/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891/2013). If 14 days have passed from purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or product exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received and its original packaging must remain sealed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
